It will be much the same this coming spring and summer, Emesibe wanting to do a slew of camps as he heads into his senior year.
While no schools have offered Emesibe yet, he's head from a couple.
Emesibe's brother, Melvin, is a walk-on running back at UCLA, and Emesibe camped there this past summer.
"My brother is the third-string running back now there, and I have been to a couple of UCLA games, and taken a couple of unofficials," said Emesibe. "It's a nice environment there. To see what Jim Mora has done to change the program around has been nice. UCLA is an option and if they offered me, I would definitely have a lot of interest."
"The atmosphere there at that game was just great," said Emesibe.
Emesibe said that Oregon has shown a lot of interest.
"They said they want to see some junior film, but they really seem to like me," said Emesibe.
Emesibe said that he sees himself playing defensive end in college, though tackle isn't completely out of the question.
"I have more of a defensive end body type, more than that of a defensive tackle," said Emesibe. "With my height and weight, I think I can use my body to its full potential as a defensive end, but I won't say no to defensive tackle. I'd do anything to win."
Emesibe is originally from Tennessee, so leaving the West Coast doesn't worry him.
"I don't mind going anywhere," said Emesibe. "I wouldn't mind going back to Tennessee even."
Emesibe camped at the Oakland NFTC as well as UCLA's camp and plans to return to both the NFTC, the UCLA and Oregon camps come 2013.
On the season, he had 9.5 sacks and three forced fumbles.
Academically, he has a 3.4 GPA and will take the SAT in the spring.
