Clark: "UCLA Feels Like Home"

Rialto (Calif.) Carter four-star defensive tackle Kenneth Clark raves about his official visit to UCLA...

Rialto (Calif.) Carter defensive tackle Kenneth Clark has been solidly committed to UCLA since June, and he can't wait to get on to campus.

If it was up to Clark, he would have never left after his official visit this past weekend.

"I loved it there and I didn't want to leave once I got there," said Clark. "UCLA already feels like home to me."

Clark was hosted by Simon Goines, and also did some recruiting on his on.

"Simon Goines was my host and I really spent the weekend getting to know the players and just talking to them about football and learning more about UCLA. The players are super cool," said Clark. "I was also trying to recruit Tahaan Goodman, Priest Willis and Kylie Fitts."

Clark spent time with the Bruin coaching staff and got a good idea of how they want to use him.

"I spent time with all the coaches really, but the coaching staff is so genuine. Coach (Jim) Mora was awesome. He got a chance to talk to my dad. Coach Mora and I talk a lot, but my family got a chance to talk with him. He's a real cool coach. I talked a lot with Coach Angus (McClure) and Coach (Demetrice) Martin too. They're going to be coming to my house the week before Signing Day for my in-home with Coach Mora. They want me coming in and competing as the nose guard next year. They have a senior that will be starting but they want me to work for playing time."

Clark said the tour of campus showed him things he'd not seen before.

"I liked the dorms, the dorms were pretty cool and all the facilities on campus," said Clark. "It was so nice. I'm really excited to go back up there again. I didn't want to leave when I left. I'll be at most of their spring practices."
