Corona (Calif.) Centennial wide receiver Barry Ware is waiting on his first offer, and has a school in mind that he'd like to commit to.

"I haven't been offered by any schools yet," Ware said. "UCLA is probably recruiting me the hardest, and I really like them. If they were to offer, I'd probably verbally commit."

Ware attended UCLA's Junior Day two weekends ago, and came away impressed by the Bruins' coaching staff and the UCLA campus.

"I loved their campus," Ware said. "It was beautiful. They just took us through what kind of players they look for, and then showed us the camps. We also took a look at our highlight tapes, and went to the basketball game. It was a lot of fun."

Ware's primary recruiter at UCLA has been coach Eric Yarber.

Currently unranked, Ware stands 6'3, 205 and was one of the top receiving threats for Corona Centennial this past season, gaining 915 receiving yards and scoring 15 touchdowns.

Although he said that he'd be likely to commit if offered by UCLA, he did mention one other school that he's keen on visiting.

"I'd really like to visit Oregon as well," Ware said. "They've told me that they're switching to running the spread now, which is exciting."
