The 2015 offensive tackle already has an offer from Notre Dame, which came last spring, and others have come through Oaks and stayed in regular contact with Rosene.
"No other schools have offered besides Notre Dame, but I have a lot of others with interest in me," said Rosene. "Stanford in particular, they talk to me a good amount and they said that they're really going to be looking at my second semester grades because they really liked my first semester grades."
More schools are interested in Rosene too.
Rosene has some time till he'll sign, so he plans to use the summer to check out a wide array of schools.
"My dad and I are going on a big school trip this summer and we'll try to see a bunch of schools," said Rosene.
Notre Dame has Rosene's attention pretty strongly.
"Notre Dame will always have a strong spot with me being my number one offer," said Rosene. "I went out there for the Stanford game and Coach (Mike) Denbrock showed me and Brandon (Dawkins) around. It's so much different than the Coliseum or the Rose Bowl just because everything is right there. We got to see the facilities and the lockers and everything on the trip."
Rosene said he'll visit USC and UCLA this spring for their practices and likely their spring games, and may camp with both again this summer.
He's also working on a list of schools he'll consider camping with this spring and summer.
After two years of playing right tackle, Rosene said he may be moving to left tackle this season.
"I'm pretty sure schools like me as a right tackle right now, but I may move to left tackle this year so we'll see if that does anything," said Rosene.
Rosene said he's wide open right now and doesn't anticipate making an early decision.
"I want to have as many options as I can and see as many schools as I can and not rush into anything, and just make an education decision," said Rosene.
Academically, Rosene is carrying a 3.6 and will take the SAT and ACT this spring and next fall.
