Wanaah Bail verbally committed to UCLA Friday while on his official visit to Westwood, according to various sources.

Bail, the 6-8, athletic forward who was originally part of the 2012 class and committed to Texas Tech, has been on official visit since Thursday morning.

Bail signed a National Letter of Intent with Texas Tech, enrolled for the summer session in Lubbock, but then didn't enroll last fall. Bail has been at a prep school since.

Originally from the Bahamas, Bail is athletic and springy, with also a good outside shooting touch.

Bail had visits planned to USC and Miami but sources close to his recruitment are telling us he'll cancel those plans.

Bail has yet to be admitted into UCLA, but it's believed he will be early next week.

Also on campus Friday with Bail is 2014 point guard Josh Perkins and power forward Brekkott Chapman, in town to participate in the Pangos All-American Camp this weekend in Long Beach.

It's believed that Perkins could very well verbally commit while on campus or sometime during the weekend.
