"I have offers from Houston, Eastern Washington, Colorado State, Boise State and Nevada," said Nutt. "They've all offered me as a running back but some schools have talked about me playing corner. If they wanted to convert me to a defensive back, I would take it."
Nutt actually played a lot of corner at the NLA Elite 7on7 in Las Vegas in March, and looked natural there, but his film is primarily as a running back.
"I'm open to anything and most schools are saying running back, but I like corner and I'm open to it," said Nutt.
Nutt said a number of other schools are actively recruiting him as an athlete.
He'll be at UCLA later this month, too.
"I'm going to the UCLA Elite Camp on June 21st," said Nutt. "I like UCLA a lot and am really interested in them. Coach (Jeff) Ulbrich came by the school in the spring and told me to come to the camp. I went to UCLA for their spring game too and loved it at the Rose Bowl."
He's also planning to visit Boise State this summer.
"They were one of my first offers and I'm highly interested in them," said Nutt.
Nutt said he doesn't have a favorite at this point.
"Right now, I'm open to anything and anyone," said Nutt. "I just want to get a good education and have a chance to play college football."
Academically, Nutt has a 4.0 and took the SAT earlier this spring.
