It will be the second time that Humphreys has been to Los Angeles in the last few months, having unofficially visited UCLA in April.
"UCLA is a school that I'm definitely still serious about and so before we head out on a family vacation, we're spending two days down there.
"Wisconsin and Tennessee are two of the schools recruiting me the hardest," said Humphreys.
And Humphreys said that if he takes some official visits, not making a decision until after the summer, he knows where he'd like to go.
"I definitely want to visit some schools back east," said Humphreys. "I want to check them out and see what it's like out there.".
Humphreys said he's not narrowing his list at all.
"I don't have a top five, I'm still open to everyone," said Humphreys. "I haven't decided on when I want to announce. I may not make a top five until the week I commit. I think I'll stay open until then."
Humphreys said he likes all of the options he's got right now.
"I'm not waiting on any offers," said Humphreys. "I think all the offers I have are great so I'm not waiting for anyone. I think the schools I have recruiting me are great."
Humphreys was one of the standouts at the Oregon NFTC on Sunday in his home state.
"There was some great competition, and I loved being able to compete with the top guys around," said Humphreys. "With the offers that I have, I felt I had to represent something bigger than myself and show I'm one of the top guys in the nation."
With the season just a couple months away. Humphreys is working towards football shape.
"I'll hopefully gain about five more pounds and get up around 275," said Humphreys. "I'm not doing any more college camps. It's time to just focus on my season."
