Goodluck Okonoboh, the 6-9 center from Wilbraham (Mass.) Wilbraham and Monson Academy, was in Los Angeles for the recent UnderArmour Undeniable Grindsession. He sat out a majority of the camp resting a minor hand injury, which gave him time to talk to us.

Scout.com's 37th ranked prospect in the class, Okonoboh is happy with how he's played over the last couple of months.

"I'm very happy with how my spring has gone," Okonoboh said. "I've worked hard in the gym to get better. I need to work working but I've been getting better as a player."

Recently, the rising senior added a scholarship offer from Duke, something he was definitely excited about.

"I was very humbled by that offer," Okonoboh said. "Everybody knows Coach K; he's one of the coaches that everybody looks up to in basketball. It was a very humbling experience."

Another school recently adding itself to Okonoboh's list was UCLA.

"I just talked to one of the coaches at UCLA," he said. "They're just coming into my recruitment and they say they really want me. Hopefully I can take a visit out there."

At this point, Okonoboh says that he has no leaders and is in no rush to make a decision.

"I'm still wide open," he said. "I'm getting interest from a lot of people right now but I'm going to wait until the end of July before cutting my list. I'm not in any rush."

When Okonoboh does enter decision-making mode, he knows what he'll be looking for in a school.

"I'd like a school from a development standpoint, a place that will get me better every day," Okonoboh said. "I want to win games, so a school that is going to win and a school that I can help win. Also, a place that will help reach my ultimate goal, which is playing at the next level."
