Brekkott Chapman, 6-7 SR SF/PF Roy (Utah) High, is a skilled combo forward with a nice stroke to the three point line and good ball skills overall. He has a number of West Coast programs recruiting him.

"I'm hearing from BYU, Utah, Utah State, Gonzaga and UCLA," said Chapman.

When asked which schools have offered, Chapman replied, "all of them."

I asked Chapman if he has a feel for which schools are recruiting him the hardest.

"Utah is definitely recruiting me the hardest," said Chapman. "Then BYU, Utah State, UCLA and Gonzaga are probably all about the same."

Chapman said one issue will be important to him when he chooses a college.

"I want to have a family home environment so I feel like I'm at home there," said Chapman. "

When asked if he has a time frame in mind for picking a school, Chapman said, "I think I want to get it done before basketball season. So any time between now and then."

Chapman said he doesn't have any visits planned yet.
