With one game down, and more good feedback coming in the last couple of days, Riggins is itching to get his early senior film together to get that out.
He's holding one offer, from Hawaii, but several other schools have told him they are anxious to get his film.
"Oh, I loved it at the UCLA game," said Riggins. "I can definitely see myself playing there."
Another former Oaks running back, Malcolm Jones, scored two touchdowns in the win and three other former Oaks players started for UCLA in the game.
"That was cool to see them out there," said Riggins. "It's just fuel to make sure I'm able to end up at the same place they're at. But UCLA is loaded with us Oaks boys."
Riggins said recent conversations with UCLA coaches have been encouraging.
"The coaches said they will get a hold of me this week because now they can talk to me due to it being September so hopefully they will be calling in the next week," said Riggins. "And hopefully I get the offer."
Riggins said a couple of other schools have indicated plans to be in touch.
Riggins said that he's hearing a variety of things on his future position.
"Most of the Pac-12 schools have me as a slot or athlete and the others have me as a running back," said Riggins.
Oaks Christian will face Upland on Saturday after topping Bakersfield, 51-50, in their opener.
