"My coach does not let us visit schools during the season, so I will take my official visits in January," said Dupre.
"I am looking forward to getting on the campuses, meeting with the coaches, and taking these visits. I know it is about to get hectic, but I am ready for it."
Dupre is down to five schools and all five want to visit him as soon as possible.
"FSU, UCLA, and LSU are probably recruiting me the hardest, but all schools are on me. All five have asked if they can come visit me the day after the dead period ends. It is going to get crazy and busy."
Three of the five allotted five official visits are scheduled. The 6-foot-4, 200 pound wideout will visit LSU on January 17, FSU on January 24, and then UCLA on January 31.
Alabama and Ole Miss could still get visits, but they have not been scheduled yet.
A decision date has been scheduled.
"I am going to be a signing day guy," said Dupre. "It is going to be a late decision for me and I may not know where I am going to the very end."
The official visits will be important to the five-star senior out of River Ridge, La.
"I am going to choose the best school for me. It is my own decision and I have to base it on what I think.
"I will look at a lot of different things, but I just need to feel good about that school. It will be my own decision, so I have a lot to see and a lot to think about."
Dupre is off to a great start at the Under Armour All-America game. Two days in a row he has been named one of the top performers for his team and he has to feel good about that.
"I am going up against great competition and I am using this as a measuring stick to see where I am," said Dupre. "This will help me prepare for the next level."
