Zach LaVine to the NBA?

Bruin Report Online has heard from sources close to the situation about which way freshman guard Zach LaVine is leaning in regard to the NBA...

Zach LaVine, the talented UCLA freshman guard, is leaning toward jumping to the NBA, according to sources close to the situation.

The highly-talented, 6'5" LaVine apparently is getting feedback that he's potentially a high first-round pick, which would garner excellent guaranteed money.

LaVine is averaging 12.4 points, while shooting 46% from three so far in his freshman season. He has shown a remarkable athleticism, to go along with a very good, long-range shooting ability, that has apparently greatly interested NBA scouts.

A source indicated that, of course, the situation could change and LaVine could reconsider, but at this point in time he was leaning toward leaving UCLA after one year.

College players have the one-time option to submit their name but withdraw before the Draft and return to school.
