5-Star Narrows List to Four

Gardena (Calif.) Serra five-star athlete Adoree Jackson announced his four finalists Wednesday...

Adoree Jackson, the nation's #6 overall prospect, is down to four schools.

On Twitter Wednesday Jackson, the 5-10, 175-pounder from Gardena (Calif.) Serra, said he had narrowed his list to UCLA, USC, Florida and LSU.

It was consistent with what we had reported on Bruin Report Online last week.

He essentially eliminated Tennessee and Oklahoma.

Jackson, who projects as a cornerback who almost certainly will be used on offense and in kick-off/punt returns, is ranked the #3 cornerback in the nation, and the #1 prospect overall in the west.

He plans to announce his decision on National Signing Day, Feb. 5th, at 11:05 PST on ESPN.

Jackson still has one official visit remaining, and he also revealed on Twitter that UCLA, USC or Florida could get that visit this weekend, "or non of them."

Jackson has officially visited LSU, Florida State, Oklahoma and Tennessee.

There are reports that Jackson's mother, who lives in Illinois, is coming to Los Angeles for the weekend, so it's believed that Jackson will more than likely visit UCLA or USC this weekend.

It's long been thought that Florida and USC are the two leaders for Jackson.
