The 6-1, 182-pounder has seven offers, including four from the Pac-12.
And several more could be on the way this spring.
Hawkins was at USC's Junior Day and plans to get up to UCLA this spring. He camped with both of the Los Angeles schools last summer.
"I've watched USC since I was a kid so I'm really interested in USC," said Hawkins. "I also like UCLA a lot. I was at the Nevada game and had a real good time. It would be nice to have the chance to play at UCLA or USC."
Hawkins can play on both sides of the ball and said he's open to either side, though his heart is on offense.
"To be honest, I don't know right now which side of the ball I'll play in college," said Hawkins. "I'm leaning towards receiver. But basically all of my offers are as an athlete."
Hawkins hit the camp circuit quickly after the season, catching passes at the Elite 11. He'll do a number of 7on7 tournaments and camps this spring and summer.
"I'm going to do a lot of 7on7 and then go back to the Nike Camp," said Hawkins. "I will probably go to the UCLA and USC camps again. I'm all about working on my techniques. I'm constantly getting reps and reps because repetition gets you better."
Academically, Hawkins has a 3.5 and plans to take both the SAT and the ACT this spring.
