"It feels good knowing I don't have to wait until my senior year to get these offers," he said. "UCLA's DBs coach told me I'm a perfect fit. They want me to come to the Pac-12 because teams throw the ball 30 to 40 times a game.
"(Coach Demetrice Martin) said I have great hips and the mindset of a defensive end, the way I tackle. I talked with Derek Lewis, the coach at Florida. He wants me to come up to their camp and likes my talent."
Fulton is open to learning more about the Gators.
"I like Florida," he said. "They have a good cornerback on the team now and they're working to get recruits from here like the cornerback from University (UF commit Tre Jackson)."
Tennessee and Ole Miss are his two most recent offers.
"I found out about Tennessee today at school," Fulton said. "They talked to my dad. Coach Grant Heard from Ole Miss offered. He told me to call him in half an hour."
Fulton was part of a deep and talented secondary that lifted Rummel to its second straight state championship. His older brother, Keith Fulton, was a pivotal player on the offensive side of the ball for the Raiders.
