Milo Close to More

The West Hills (Calif.) Chaminade offensive tackle, Bar Milo, could be on the brink of more offers and he's hoping the Los Angeles schools join the fray...

West Hills (Calif.) Chaminade offensive lineman Bar Milo (6-6, 295), is closing in on double digits for offers.

"I have offers from Washington, Washington State, Boise State, Arizona State, California, Miami, Nebraska, Colorado and San Diego State," said Milo.

And a whole Army of schools continue to show interest in him.

"There are lot of schools that are talking to me with interest," said Milo. "The most interest I have right now is USC and UCLA, and I'm also talking to Alabama, Michigan State, Michigan, Florida State, Auburn, Maryland, Arizona, Utah, Oregon and Oregon State."

Milo said a couple of Pac-12 schools could be close to joining the list.

"I see USC and UCLA offering soon, and I also see Utah offering, based on communication with all of them," said Milo.

In fact, the two local schools could hold an edge if and when they offer.

"I think I'm going to stay local when I finally decide and I want to stay close to home, so USC and UCLA are both really schools I'm considering," said Milo.

Milo has visited Cal, USC and UCLA before and plans to see the two local schools again.

"Except for a visit to Cal, I haven't taken any far visits and I'm not sure where I'll see," said Milo. "I'll go to USC and UCLA, just to see what's going on. But I'd like to take some trips to some other places."

Milo can play tackle or guard, and started at left tackle for the Eagles, who win the CIF State Division II title this past fall.

"I've heard both positions for college and I can play both positions," said Milo. "I think tackle is more challenging and that's why I enjoy it so much. You're on an island, which I like. Guard is more heads up, face up, you and the defensive tackle. But wherever they decide to put me, I'll be glad to do it."

Milo doesn't see a decision coming anytime soon.

"Right now, it's really early and people ask me all the time where I'm going to go," said Milo. "But I have no idea. So essentially I'll wait on it and maybe decide on Signing Day and maybe decide on that last day."

Academically, Milo has a 3.4 and plans to take the SAT and the ACT in the spring and again in the fall.
