VIDEO: Wear on Final Games

Redshirt senior forward David Wear talks about his final collegiate games coming up and whether the team has it in them for a deep run in the Tournament...

David Wear:

On the Pac-12 tournament:
It's a great environment to play in. It will probably be sold out. It's a hostile environment to be playing in. There will be a lot of fans there against us. Ultimately, though, it will be the best trip of the year. One of the best experiences of the year. It's win or go home basically for us. We'll let them know, embrace the moment.

On his last college games coming:
It's exciting. I remember last year this being one of the best trips. I'm just excited to get out there and play in get in that arena in front of the fans.

On being old enough to experience Vegas:
It's all business right now. We're there to chase a Pac-12 championship. That's what we want. There are no distractions. I know it's Vegas, but it's not a distraction.

On having to play each night in the tournament:
It's tough. Last year, we got to the championship game, three games in a row. You're sore, but you realize what you're after. The games start and you forget about it. You try to accomplish what you want to accomplish.

On Jordan Adams:
He's huge. He's our leading scorer and one of our best offensive threats and we need him to do well in order for our team to go far. Every time we have a big game, he always shows up.

On the WSU loss:
We've got to move on. We realized that was our poorest performance of the year. We're going to get a teams best game every game. We're focused on postseaosn play right now.

On not sweeping a road trip:
I just want to see focus. If we lose, we go home. I don't think I have to say anything. On the road, we win a game, then we kind of relax. Right now, I just don't think guys are looking ahead.
