Chatsworth (Calif.) Sierra Canyon safety Isaiah Renfro (6-2.5, 190), is one of the most versatile players in the West.

A four-star safety, Renfro has been all-state on both sides of the ball and schools like him on each side.

"Wherever they put me, I can play a lot of positions, so I'm ok with wherever they want me to play," said Renfro. "Arizona State, we talk to them, and they're trying to figure out what they want to offer me as. That's what most schools are saying."

Renfro has offers from Utah and Washington State with a few others showing interest.

"Oregon talked about offering soon, Michigan State really likes me, UCLA and a few other schools are looking at me close," said Renfro.

Renfro took an unofficial visit to UCLA earlier this month.

"It went really good and I liked it a lot," said Renfro. "I think they're looking at me as a receiver, but the DB coach is fighting over me too. Coach Angus (McClure) is recruiting me. I think they're going to come see me in the spring and see what happens."

In fact, Renfro said he expects several visitors this spring.

"My coach said a lot of coaches are coming through in the spring, so it's going to be good," said Renfro.

Renfro doesn't anticipate making an early decision.

"I'll probably wait until after the season," said Renfro. "I'm not in a rush."
