Sacramento (Calif.) Capital Christian athlete Justice Shelton-Mosley (6-0, 180), is finally getting to spend more time playing football, after being in track for much of the spring.

Shelton-Mosley played in the Passing Down Best of the West with Kenion Training and it also brought him back down to Southern California, where he was just the week before.

After visiting UCLA unofficially, Shelton-Mosley was back for the Bruins Spring Game and also went over to USC for an unofficial visit.

"USC impressed me a lot," said Shelton-Mosley. "I think they could offer soon. I definitely am considering them and am putting them in my top schools. They have a great alumni group and it's a great school to attend. Coach (Keith) Heyward is recruiting me and they like me as an athlete."

After his USC visit, he was at the StubHub Center for UCLA's Spring Game.

"It was really nice and I like the UCLA fans a lot," said Shelton-Mosely. "Whenever you have the school and fans like that, it makes it better."

Shelton-Mosley said he thinks the Bruins could be close to offering, along with an ACC school.

"I think UCLA and Boston College both could be right on the cusp of offering," said Shelton-Mosley.

On Thursday, Shelton-Mosley added an offer from Utah State, going with offers he had from Cal, Duke, Harvard, Northwestern, UC Davis, Utah and Yale.

Fresno State could also be close, and Shelton-Mosley has ties there.

"My father, Anthony Mosley, played at Fresno State before playing in the NFL so I'm always going to consider them," said Shelton-Mosley. "I think they could be close and I'd consider them because my father played there."

Shelton-Mosley plans to camp at the Oakland NFTC later this month then work out at the Q90 Camp in June.
