Recruiting: Ali de-committed from Connecticut a few weeks ago, and has opened up his recruitment. He has said that he's still seriously considering UConn and they could still be the leader. UCLA recruited Ali before he committed to UConn, and have now picked up its recruitment of him. They offered previous to his UConn commitment, and just re-offered last night (Monday). UCLA Assistant Coach Ed Schilling has a connection with Ali's high school coach. Ali has improved and Scout.com's Evan Daniels has said he'll move up the Scout.com rankings. Schools like Vanderbilt, Nebraska and LSU were involved before the Connecticut commitment but it's expected more big-name programs will be now.
