The four-star, though, said four schools are on him the hardest and he's reciprocating the interest.
"Washington, Washington State, Oregon State and UCLA are the ones standing out to me," said Potoae. "They all like me as an end."
Potoae plans to camp at Washington and may camp at Boise State and Idaho while also visiting a couple more schools.
"I'm maybe going to check out Oregon State and Washington State and then obviously Washington," said Potoae.
Come fall, he'll visit UCLA.
"I would like to visit UCLA this summer for their camp, but I don't think I can make it but I know I'm going to take one of my official visits there," said Potoae. "Coach (Mike) Tuiasosopo came by the school and I have a good relationship with Coach (Jim) Mora."
At 265, Potoae said he's looking to add more weight by fall.
"I want to be a bit heavier, maybe 10 more pounds or so, but I want to stay explosive," said Potoae.
Potoae's brother, Sione, graduates from Washington this weekend and he said he continues to lay low on pushing Washington on him.
"Nah, he doesn't really say a whole lot about Washington," said Potoae. "But I'm proud of him for graduating there next Saturday."
Academically, Potoae said he's over a 3.0 and took the SAT on Saturday.
