"I had a good time there and it was a good day," said Estes. "They got on me late. Coach (Kennedy) Polamalu came and saw me in May and gave me the camp info so I went. They didn't really know me at first but then they pulled me aside and put me in the top recruit group."
Estes spent time working with offensive line coach Adrian Klemm and said the overall feel of the camp was enjoyable.
"It was a very good camp with really good energy," said Estes. "It was just a fun camp. I did enjoy it a lot and learned a lot. My parents toured the campus and said it was beautiful. I saw the pictures and it really is."
While an offer didn't come, Estes said he's still interested in the Bruins as well as the number of other schools that have.
The three-star has offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Boise State, BYU, California, Colorado State, Duke, Miami, Nevada, Oregon State, San Diego State, San Jose State, Utah, Washington State and Wisconsin.
"Basically, all of the schools are coming at me pretty hard," said Estes. "There is not really anyone coming at me any harder. Though Duke is coming at me hard and BYU is too. But all of them are generally coming at me."
Estes camped with Washington earlier this month, though the Huskies haven't offered yet.
He's hoping to make a few more visits this summer.
"We might plan some more trips but I don't really know as of now," said Estes.
Estes said no school has emerged as a leader, but he's looking at an ideal time frame for a decision.
"I'm still relatively wide open," said Estes. "Within the next month or two, I'd like to make my decision."
