Porter Gustin is one of the most heavily recruited prospects in the country. The versatile four-star is being coveted by schools in every major conference. Gustin was planning to cut his list down to a top 10-12 heading into the season, but has held off on that process.
Without an official list, it is still clear that a few schools are continuously popping up in Gustin's recruitment. He has already taken an official visit to Notre Dame this fall, and remains high on the Irish. Additionally, Florida State, Ohio State, and USC have been schools that he has talked about taking official visits to. None of these visits are set in stone and a few other schools are in the mix as well. Based off of an email I received from John Gustin, Porter's father, these are the main schools in the picture right now.
"No list has been made at this time. All options are still on the table. In addition to the schools we talked about on Friday night, UCLA, Boise State, Utah State, and Arkansas are also schools we are considering right now. However, things change on a regular basis."
Unofficially, Gustin is most focused on Arkansas, Arizona State, Boise State, Florida State, LSU, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oregon, UCLA, USC, Utah State, and Washington. Scout.com will keep you posted on any developments.
