UCLA Commit Checks Out Two Others

SEP. 24 -- UCLA-committed linebacker Victor Alexander attended the Georgia Tech/Virginia Tech game, and the Florida prospect makes it clear he's considering both of those two programs and one more besides UCLA...

Florida linebacker prospect Victor Alexander made the trip to the Virginia Tech/Georgia Tech game to see both defenses play and to see how he might fit in.

"I came away very impressed with both defenses. Both teams did a great job.”

Alexander liked that Georgia Tech played hard and did what they had to do to stay in the game. “In the second half, they came out and did what it took to win the game. I definitely want to congratulate Georgia Tech on a well deserved win."

The visit gave Alexander valuable information about both teams. "I feel I could fit in with either team equally well.”

Alexander, who is verbally committed to UCLA, will be making plans to visit UCLA, Georgia Tech, and Utah to watch each of those teams play at home. In fact, UCLA, Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech, and Utah are now Alexander’s final four schools.

Alexander wants to plan a visit to see Georgia Tech and Atlanta for the Miami game next weekend (Oct. 4). "I am free that weekend so I definitely would like to see Georgia Tech play a team from my home state."

Look for Alexander’s decision to now come closer to signing day, however.

“I want to see all of them play at home. My decision will come from those four schools," Alexander said.
