Josh Wariboko has had a solid two days of practice in Orlando in preparation for this Friday's Under Armour All-America game.
"I think a lot of Oklahoma, and even when I decommitted from them to explore other options, they stayed with me and have been on me ever since," Wariboko said of the home state school. "I know the Oklahoma kids perform well there, and they have such great tradition. I also like Coach (Bill) Bedenbaugh and what he's done with the offensive line."
"Ohio State is a place I visited earlier, and I think a lot of Coach Meyer and his staff," he added. "They have a lot to offer an out of state player, in terms of both football and academics. I'm also friends with (current Buckeye) Demetrius Knox, and he loves it there."
"UCLA is just a wonderful place to be and I love everything about it," he continued. "I was there in November, and they definitely fit all my needs in picking a college. They have great academics and a great coaching staff, so I think that's a great option for me."
Being selected as an Under Armour All-American also means a great deal to Wariboko, who talked about that honor.
"This is such a great honor to be invited to play in this game, and the competition is unbelievable," he explained. "I look at this as a celebration of my high school career."
"To me, this is fun and while I definitely want to improve my stock, I'm going to enjoy every moment of this week," Wariboko admitted. "I'm going to announce at the game Friday. I'm excited to have my family here with me, and it's going to be great."
Scout will be on hand Friday to cover all the action from the Under Armour Game, including the player's announcements.
