Orange (Calif.) Lutheran outside linebacker Keisean Lucier-South has had a good week at the U.S. Army Bowl practices in San Antonio.
Its all been an eventful week for Lucier-South, who talked to new Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh on Wednesday.
“It was a great conversation,” said Harbaugh. “I was like in shock because I was talking to a great former NFL coach who’s now at Michigan. We talked about how I became a Michigan fan, how I liked my visit. I think he’s going to come to one of our basketball games.”
Lucier-South said that Harbaugh could come in for an in-home visit.
“I think he might, I’m not sure yet,” said Lucier-South.
But the UCLA commit said that he’s not wavering one bit on his pledge to the Bruins.
“I’m still 100% to UCLA,” said Lucier-South. “Nothing has changed there at all. The UCLA coaches know. I love the coaches. They know me. I wouldn’t do that to them. I want to make people sure I’m 100% to UCLA.”
Lucier-South said with a coach holding a reputation like Harbaugh, he’s not going to avoid him on the phone.
“It’s Coach Harbaugh, he’s the man,” said Lucier-South.
The five-star, though, is just as fond as his future head coach, Jim Mora, too.
“Coach Mora is the man too,” said Lucier-South. “He’s my guy.”
