VIDEO: Judge on Adjusting to OLB

Apr. 19 -- Junior linebacker Cameron Judge talks about finally being able to settle in at a position...

Cameron Judge:

On the adjustment to OLB:
Its going well so far, I feel like I'm getting familiar with it, getting all the plays down. I feel pretty comfortable there and I'm liking it so far.

On his offseason:
It was my first offseason I was able to have, I was trying to gain some weight. I was in the weight room with Coach Alosi. I feel a lot better on the field. I put on about 15 pounds, I was just at 230.

On special teams carryover:
Just being out on the field helps me get a feel for college football, so any chance I could helps and getting familiar.

On if it helps to be settled at a spot:
Yeah, it definitely helps. I was bouncing around last season, but now I'm at one spot. The first couple days I was overthinking, but now I feel comfortabl out there.

On Scott White:
I love Scotty, I'm happy we hired him and he's getting us better.

On when he was told OLB would be his spot:
Right when Scotty was hired, he told me. Since he got hired, I've known it was there.

On what he worked on:
More physical at the point of attack, with the lineman. That was something I struggled at first.

On his offseason target weight:
My goal for the offseason was to get to 228. I'm around what they want me.
