Asiasi In It for Long Haul

May 21 -- Concord (Calif.) De La Salle's Devin Asiasi, the #1 tight end prospect in the west, declined to name a leader and said he's opening up the process after several recent unofficial visits...

Devin Asiasi is not only the top tight end out West but could easily flip over and be an impact player on the defensive line as well. He's a huge kid who weighed in at 275 pounds, but moves effortlessly and has very soft hands.

Asiasi has consistently said USC was his leader and although the Trojans are still in a good spot, recent visits to Oregon, Washington, Washington State and Alabama have opened things up for him.

The athlete said he'll check out UCLA and USC in June and isn't planning to make a decision until Signing Day.
