Wilson Commits to UCLA

Jul. 22 -- Jordan Wilson, the three-star tight end from Tennessee, told us he could make a quick decision after visiting UCLA last week, and he did...

Jordan Wilson, the tight end from Nashville (Tenn.) Montgomery Bell, committed to UCLA today.

On his Twitter, Wilson said: "First, I would like to thank God for allowing me to have this amazing opportunity. I would also like to thank my family, coaches, and teammates for supporting my throughout the process. Finally, I would like to thank all of the schools that have offered me and coaches that I have built relationships with, but I have made my decision. I am truly blessed to say that I am officially committed to UCLA."

Wilson picked UCLA over Louisville, Missouri, West Virginia and Oklahoma State. He was planning to visit Florida this weekend, but pulled the trigger on UCLA before that visit.

The 6-4, 210-pounder projects as a Y receiver in UCLA's offense, like how UCLA currently uses Thomas Duarte.
