Rashard Lawrence assembled a dominant performance in the two quarters-plus of football he played in Saturday's 59-0 Monroe (La.) Neville win against Maumelle (Ark.) at Independence Stadium in the Battle On The Border High School Football Showcase.
Lawrence, Scout's No. 19 overall prospect in the 2016 class, recorded a safety and a couple tackles for loss, while fighting double- and even triple-teams at times during the blowout victory.
Lawrence, the No. 6 defensive tackle in the Scout 300, has a top five of Alabama, LSU, Ohio State, UCLA, and Washington. The 6-foot-3, 300-pounder told Scout after the game that he has already set a Pac-12 official visit.
