Highlights: 2017 UCLA QB Target Ryan Kelley

Sep. 17 -- Check out junior quarterback Ryan Kelley from Arizona, one of UCLA's top targets in the 2017 class, in clips from a recent game...

Chandler (Ariz.) Basha Ryan Kelley is Arizona's top junior quarterback prospect. He has been given a four-star ranking and already has hauled in offers from Oregon, Oregon State, Cal, Michigan State, San Diego State, Washington, Washington State, Texas A&M, Nebraska, North Carolina, UCLA and Arizona State.

Scout was on hand to film and evaluate Kelley when they faced Phoenix (Ariz.) Desert Vista. During the game, Kelley went 16 of 30 for 169 yards and one touchdown versus one interception. He added 50 yards and a rushing score as well.

Kelley has all of the tools of an elite quarterback. He has good size, spins the ball well and has a strong arm. Where I think he is most under-rated is as an athlete; Kelley can run. He is not a dual-threat passer but has above average speed and can extend plays with his feet.

Kelley (6-3 185) is off to a good start to the 2015 season. His team is 2-2 and he has thrown for 966 yards and eight touchdowns to just two interceptions. He has also rushed for 191 yards and three more scores.

Below is footage of Kelley brought to you only by Scout.
