On Colorado outplaying them:

I wouldn't agree that Colorado outplayed us. I think up front as an offensive line, we did a very good job.  We just need to work on little things and come back next week and not make the same mistakes we made this week.

On staying in the Pac-12 South race:

Yes.  A win is a win. You have to move past it the same way you move past losses. Look at the small things, look at the film.  

On building character in a game like this:

Yeah, definitely. Look at how far the depth chart we had to go on offense and on defense.  It shows how strong our recruiting classes are, how talented our young guys are, how talented we will be in the future.

On Fred Ulu-Perry and Caleb Benenoch at guard:

Really well, due to the circumstances. They had to play out of positions they play or came in at, I was very proud of them.

On keeping the team up as a captain:

To be honest, I hold everyone to the same standard I hold myself to.  I give them a mission statement of what we need to get done this drive.
