UCLA Offers 2017 Wide Receiver Omar Manning

Dec. 10 -- Early 2017 Scout 300 receiver Omar Manning has received a ton of attention through his junior season, and UCLA came in with an offer earlier this week...

UCLA has already begun scouting nationally for big-time wide receiver prospects in the 2017 class, and early on the radar is Lancaster (Tex.) four-star Omar Manning. The Bruins offered Manning earlier this week, which made UCLA the tenth school to offer him.

The above video features Scout national analyst Greg Powers and regional analyst Gabe Brooks discussing the recent run of Power Five conference offers for the early four-star receiver

Manning picked up offers from Arizona State, Oklahoma State, TCU, and Texas Tech last week, in addition to his UCLA offer this week, so he's clearly a prospect on the rise..

Scout ranks Manning as the No. 152 overall prospect in the 2017 Scout 300. We expect him to reach the 20-offer plateau over the course of the coming weeks and months as programs across the country discover that he's one of the top receiver talents in Texas for the 2017 cycle.
