Four-star wide receiver Damian Alloway committed to UCLA on Friday via Bleacher Report video.
The prospect actually caused a bit of a stir last night when he tweeted out he wouldn't be visiting UCLA today, with some fans worrying that he had once again grown cold on the Bruins. Instead, Alloway committed, and will begin his official visit tomorrow.
Alloway is a quick and fast slot receiver who was also pursued heavily by Notre Dame, which was the other school in the running for his commitment heading into the final weeks.
The receiver has been close to making a decision at various points, with announcement plans for March, July, and August of last year. Ultimately, he decided to carry it through until nearly Signing Day.
He joins what's becoming a very good receiver class that includes Theo Howard, Dymond Lee, Demetric Felton, Darian Owens, and now Alloway. The Bruins are also still in the mix for Adewale Omotosho and Aaron Hansford.
We'll have more from Alloway very soon.
