The Clock is Ticking
Torrance (Calif.) North linebacker Mique Juarez and Long Beach (Calif.) Poly athlete Jack Jones will announce on Signing Day, and while both have three schools in their finalists, they each only have one Pac-12 school on it.
It looks like a UCLA, Alabama and Ole Miss battle for him but don't completely count out BYU, who made a big push for him over the weekend.
Jones is focused on three, Alabama, Texas A&M and USC.
The hometown schools are the picks to be picked, Juarez to UCLA and Jones to USC.
Stanford Makes a Move
The Cardinal had the top spot in the conference rankings for much of the fall, but after some decommitments, they fell to No. 2 in the conference.
But their last few days have them back in contention to recapture the top.
Hamilton is a four-star tackle who had been committed to Michigan while Maddox is a two-star running back.
UCLA Stay on Top
The gap is closing on UCLA by Stanford, and Signing Day will obviously be posturing between the two, though the Bruins have more top-tier guys still to announce, while Stanford's board is much smaller.
1. UCLA (10)
2. Stanford (11)
3. Oregon (17)
4. USC (24)
5. Washington (25)
6. Arizona State (30)
