"It was shocking for me how great that fan base is," Lenoir said. "I was expecting to have a good time but it really exceeded my expectations. I've been looking at Nebraska pretty hard for a while now so it was great to get out there and see the place and I really enjoyed myself."
It wasn't just the fan base that Lenoir enjoyed about the visit, he had a chance to bond with the coaching staff as well.
"I spent a lot of time with Coach Riley, Coach Stewart and Coach Banker," Lenoir said. "They're all great guys and great coaches. They talked to me about how I would fit in with the defense, playing corner and safety as well as special teams.
"The facilities were amazing as well. I felt very comfortable, it's a safe place and I can definitely see myself there for the next three or four years of my life. I don't have a leader right now but Nebraska is very high on my list and I'll be back there for an official visit for sure."
Lenoir will next visit Oregon April 30th and could visit UCLA for their Spring Game this weekend. LSU, Michigan and Texas A&M are a few other schools Lenoir has mentioned as having high interest in the past as well.
