Popo Aumavae is one of the region's top lineman on both sides of the ball. He has the ability to play tackle or nose guard on defense or offensive guard on the offensive line.

Aumavae told us he prefers defense but has been playing on the offensive line longer and might be more comfortable there. Most schools are recruiting him as an athlete and said they just want to get him on campus and they'll find a spot for him later on.

Aumavae has taken spring visits to OregonUCLA and USC and said he’s hoping to get to Cal later this summer as well. The athlete said he plans to take all five official visits before shutting things down and listed Michigan as the one school he knows will for sure get a visit.
