http://www.scout.com/college/ucla/story/1681580-emerging-2018-wr-devon-c... The 2018 receiver prospect from Buena Park (Calif.), Devon Cooley, had offers from Colorado and Colorado State last week. Then he put on an impressive display at UCLA's Elite Camp Friday and earned a UCLA offer. He was just about everything you'd want in a junior-to-be receiver prospect -- at about 6-1 and 170, with a youngish body, long arms, very quick feet, elusiveness and some great ball skills. After a few minutes, UCLA receivers coach Eric Yarber brought Cooley over into the elite group of receivers, and he and offensive coordinator Kennedy Polamalu took Cooley aside to praise him. Cooley was offered the UCLA scholarship right after the camp. The last clip of him in the reel is taking a rep as a defensive back.
