On being back on the field:

I'm extremely excited. Senior year, it's our last chance. We've been really putting in a lot of work this offseason.  Just looking forward to finishing strong and winning that state.

On his improvement as a player after going to The Opening:

I feel like it was a good experience.  I got a chance to show my skillset against the top competition in the nation.  All the hard work paid off.  All the work I put it definitely showed at the camp. It was an awesome experience overall.

On his recruitment timeline:

Right now, I'm just focusiong on my officials. I'll take them between September and early October. Really, right after that, I'll make my decision.

On where he'll visit:

I'll be at Auburn vs. Clemson, it's an Auburn official. That will be on September 3rd. And also UCLA, a UCLA official is in the works right now.

On visiting Auburn first:

I went down there three times before.  Coach (Will) Muschamp was there.  Just to see Gus Malzahn, an SEC storied program.

On what other certain visit after Auburn and UCLA:

Ohio State. They recruit the heck out of me every single day. I have got to give them a chance. They're an elite program.  It speaks for itself.
