UCLA's committed three-star offensive tackle prospect, Jaxson Kirkland, and his Portland (Ore.) Jesuit team had a big win Friday night, beating Central Catholic in a rivalry game, 56-19.
Jesuit amassed over 350 yards rushing behind Kirkland. He didn't get much of a chance to pass block since Jesuit, which is now 2-0, only threw the ball five times.

On his performance against Central Catholic:
I think I played really well. There is always something to work on. I felt like the O-line as a unit really got off the ball. We have four seniors and one junior. Really experienced group. Really proud how I played and how our team played. We played phenomenal.
On if he's still a solid commit to UCLA:
On his plans for an official visit to UCLA:
I'm kind of putting things together, I'm usually free on whatever Saturday's.
On if he'll take other official visits:
Yeah, I'm not sure yet where, but I'm planning to take 1-2. You get five.
On if he talks to the UCLA coaches regularly:
Definitely, I'm always talking to them, they give me a recap of their games, what they did in their game. I watched them the whole (Texas A&M) game. They came back, it was a great game but an upsetting loss.
On if the expectation is to come in and play early:
I'm not sure, I know Coach Klemm said tackle is a need position for him and he needs big long tackles my size. He said he's put freshman in pretty common to get that playing time.
On when he plans to enroll:
