On his first career start:

It was a lot of fun, now I know what I need to work on and know my strength and weaknesses.

On consistent practice time helping:

I got to go against our tight ends, I know how it feels to go against ones and not just scout players.

On what he needs to improve on:

My eyes in some cases, a little technique here and there.

On the game speed:

The first couple plays, I was getting adjusted, but once I caught up with the speed, it was easier.

On how they stop running quarterbacks:

Focus on our game plan, watch more film, listen to the coaches, don't get away from our technique.

On what they need to work on:

Gap control, knowing our fits.

On if the defense is overcompensating for things:

I don't know about that, but we have to all be on the same page and listen to the coaches in our run fits.

On getting a full game under his belt:

It was a lot of fun, it felt like high school again, I got to be free again and do what I do.
