On locking up Devonte Boyd in the second half:

Coach asked me to follow him and I just played man to man defense on him and that's something I loved to do. It's a challenge.

On when that challenge happened:

The second half.  In the first, Nate and I were playing on our normal side. He's a great receiver and I took the challenge, but I knew if I used my technique then I could win my reps against him.

On a big pass breakup:

He ran a slant route, gave me inside release and I broke it up.

On taking on that challenge:

You want to compete against the best and every play, I look at it as a new challenge and I accept it.

On if the secondary is their defensive strength:

I feel like every level of our defense is a strength. I feel like we have a great defense and great defensive staff. As a secondary, we look to do our job.

On the backups contributions with Jaleel Wadood out:

It was next man up and I feel like they played excellent, stepped up and did their job. That's our secondary, when your number is called, next man up, you come in and deliver.
