El Cerrito (Calif.) offensive lineman Aaron Banks was on the road for the second straight weekend.
"It was a solid visit to Notre Dame," said Banks. "I had a lot of fun."
Banks had visited Notre Dame back in August when the Irish started fall practice, and saw much of the campus and facilities when he was there.
In fact, what stood out to him most was the late game rally by the Irish, more so than any particular thing on campus.
"There wasn't anything really new that I saw, everything was the same (from last month's trip)," said Banks. "What stood out most to me was that they didn't stop playing hard, even being down 36-7."
Banks was hosted on his visit by Parker Boudreaux and spent time with the other visitors and their hosts.
There was also some time with the Irish coaches recruiting him, namely offensive line coach Harry Hiestand and head coach Brian Kelly.
"My time with the coaches was spent well," said Banks. "We got to have some really good conversations."
In that same time frame, there could be another list trim.
"Maybe in the next week or two I'll narrow my list down again," said Banks.
