Scout four-star Tarik Black was officially added to the U.S. Army All-American Bowl roster during a press conference ceremony at Cheshire Academy in Conn.
At the time of his selection the 6-foot-3 1/2, 206-pounder is rated as the No. 12 WR nationally and checks in as No. 105 prospect in the Scout Top 300.
Black has been described as a “big target who tracks the ball well and high-points his catches. He goes over the middle and can also get down the field,” by Scout.com Analyst Brian Dohn.
Black is considering programs such as Alabama, Auburn, Michigan, Notre Dame, Stanford and UCLA.
Those selected will play in the annual East vs. West match-up on Saturday, Jan. 7, 2017, at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. The game will be televised live on NBC at 1 p.m. EST and its 90-man roster will feature a strong portion of Scout's most highly rated prospects.
