Opening statement:

After limiting them to field goals after the turnovers, I thought that was a win. It could have gotten out of hand. I'm disappointed we didn't make a couple plays. Then we made some plays.  Still some missed tackles. We have to do better.

On the defense doing it's part but other units struggling:

It's a team effort. It helps you out, the other helps them out. We have a lot of work to do on our side a lot of things to get better at.

On Takk McKinley being out for extended part of the game:

Takk had the problem he had week four then Deon (Hollins) got banged up so Keisean gutted it out. Angus was mixing and matching.

On Randall Goforth playing corner:

I think Randall is a smart football player to do what he does. He played some there last year. Coach Martin cross-trains those guys to do more things. I think Coach thought he might be ready to do that and do a better job.

On Nate Meadors being out:

I don't know.

On Brady White's play:

I thought we were in good position. He made some good throws.  There are always things we wish we could have done better on our side. Some of the things we try to take away, we could have done a better job.
