On fixing being on the wrong side of blocks:

We just have to be more disciplined and stay in our gaps and not let a player run for 322 yards against us.

On Joe Williams:

That hurts as a defense because our offense was out there fighting tough and we let one guy kill us all game. We have to learn from that and not be affected by it going in to Colorado.

On if the quicker drives were hurting them:

They were putting up points so I’m not mad with that. We have to do better at getting stops when our offense capitalizes.

On Takk McKinley’s strip-sack:

It was amazing. I saw it first hand. Takk did tremendous this weekend.

On what McKinley brings to the defense:

He brings the energy. We know he gives it his all. He does not like to be taken out of the game, no matter what hurts on him. He always wants to go out and give his all to help the win.

On if that brings more energy to the defense:

We love it and we acknolwedge it too.  When you get tired and down on yourself, look at Takk. He’s giving it his all, hurt, and play with it, feed off it.  Fabian, Randall and I, we acknowledged it and we see he gets frustrated when he’s taken off the field. He’s dangerous and he helps the defense. We told the whole team how hard he works.

On the resiliency of the team:

It’s a strong mindset. First play of the game, they run back a 99-yard kickoff. We have to get better all around and be better to help our team win.

On the pylon delay:

I have not seen that.  I said to Kenny, ‘there are no pylons.’
