On the win:

It was great. We were on that little four-game losing streak. I think it was four. I don't know. But just to get the win, get the win for Mike Fafaul. He'd been playing his heart out and getting the win for him, it's great for us.

On the game ball going to Mike Fafaul:

He got picked up and everyone was cheering, 'Mike, Mike, Mike'. I'm pretty sure it's something he'll never forget and we're proud we got the win for him.

On Fafaul's leadership:

Losing Josh (Rosen) sucked. That's our quarterback.  But we knew we had Mike as a backup. He's just a leader. Offense, he keeps the defense motivated and we had to find a way to win for him.

On who picked Fafaul up:

It wasn't me, I couldn't do it. It was the big guys. Probably Conor (McDermott).

On if this win gives them momentum heading in to USC:

Losing four in a row sucked, so winning this game is momentum. Even if we would have lost this game, playing SC is a big game. They got a nice win over Washington today. It should be a nice, physical game.

On if he feels like he's in a zone:

I honestly don't know. I just want to find a way to get a win. If I can get a sack, or tackle for loss to get our offense the ball and to score, stats don't matter if you don't get a W.

On how big the USC game is:

It's huge. We want to be bowl eligible and need to be undefeated the rest of the way. We got a sorry taste from last year losing to USC. This year, we have to repay them back at our house.

On getting takeaways:

Turnovers are great. The offense doesn't score, our offense gets the ball and can get us points. We just have to be disciplined, I jumped offsides.  I can't keep doing that.
