Lonzo Ball: "That Was My Last Game at UCLA"

Mar. 24 -- In what was completely not a surprise, freshman point guard Lonzo Ball announced after UCLA's lost to Kentucky in the Sweet 16 that his UCLA career is over...

Lonzo Ball, in what was completely expected, announced after UCLA's loss to Kentucky in the Sweet 16 that he will not be returning to UCLA.

"That was my final game for UCLA," Ball told the media. "I appreciate all the fans and all the support."

Ball's father, LaVar, publicly said that Lonzo would go pro after one season at UCLA when his son was still in high school.

Ball's season at UCLA made him much-desired by NBA scouts, commonly projected to be a first-round pick and often either the No. 1 or No. 2 pick in the 2017 NBA Draft.

After the Kentucky loss, freshman forward T.J. Leaf, sophomore guard Aaron Holiday and junior center Thomas Welsh said they were undecided if they'd return or put their name in the Draft.
