Four-star Defensive End Jeremiah Martin Likes UCLA's Comparisons to Takkarist McKinley

Apr. 11 -- caught up with four-star defensive end Jeremiah Martin to discuss his interest in UCLA and what he thinks of the comparisons to Takkarist McKinley...

Jeremiah Martin has been likened to projected first-round selection Takkarist McKinley by the UCLA staff and that's certainly earned the Bruins some points early on in the recruiting battle.

The four-star defensive end from San Bernardino (Calif.) Cajon also has a teammate, Jhevon Hill, who is already committed to UCLA and that's another angle working in the Bruins' favor heading into the spring evaluation period.

Martin, the No. 1-rated defensive end in California for the 2018 class, intends to take things slow, though, and has visits to Alabama and Arizona on the itinerary for this month. He's also got interest in ColoradoTexas A&M and Utah, and could eventually take trips to the schools.

Hear what Martin had to say about his recruitment and more in the video above.
