Anaheim (Calif.) Servite receiver Delon Hurt holds five offers with the eval period just getting underway.
“Altogether, I have five offers right now, from Colorado, Washington State, Hawaii, Dartmouth and Howard,” said Hurt.
And the two Pac-12 schools that have offered are paying him a lot of attention.
“The schools showing me the most interest are Colorado and Washington State,” said Hurt.
Hurt’s teammate, and quarterback, Tyler Lytle, is now an early enrollee at Colorado and he visited Boulder previously with plans to get up to Pullman soon.
“I got a chance to see Colorado last summer and I plan to visit Washington State later this spring,” said Hurt.
A few more schools are showing interest in Hurt.
“Some schools that I’m speaking to now are Arizona, Arizona State and Colorado State,” said Hurt.
UCLA was his favorite school growing up and he plans to camp with them in June.
“My favorite school to watch growing up was UCLA,” said Hurt. “As of now, I plan to camp at UCLA and Stanford this summer. But I may add more depending on how spring evaluations go.”
With 10 months left until Signing Day, Hurt doesn’t want to pare his list down.
“I do not currently have a top five,” said Hurt.
The 6-0, 190-pounder said that he is being recruited exclusively as a receiver.
